The Swiss Group Immoparticipation SA Acquires Investis’s Subsidiary Régie du Rhône

The real estate services group, Investis, based in French-speaking Switzerland, sold its subsidiary Régie du Rhône SA to the Immoparticipation SA group. With the sale, Investis plans to focus on the growth and development of its property management activities on the national brand Privera. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Financial advisor to Régie du Rhône SA in the deal was SORTIS’s partner in the Globalscope M&A advisors network, IFBC, Zurich-based corporate finance, and M&A consultancy firm.

Régie du Rhône SA based in Lancy, Switzerland, is a subsidiary of the leading residential property and real estate services provider in Lake Geneva, Investis Group. The group was founded in 1994 and specializes in two synergetic segments, properties, and real estate services. Their portfolio consists exclusively of residential properties. Investis plans to strengthen its real estate services by selling Régie du Rhône SA allowing it to focus on its property management activities. Recently the company has also acquired six new residential properties in Geneva. Investis employs around 150 people.

The group of companies Gerofinance-Dunand specializes in real estate and asset management. The group covers all segments of the real estate market: the sale, construction, and promotion, rental, purchase, and management of the real estate. With the acquisition of Régie du Rhône SA, Gerofinance-Dunand becomes one of the real estate leaders in French-speaking Switzerland with €830 M of combined rental income and 650 total employees.
