Link Mobility Group ASA, a fast-growing and one of the leading providers of business-to-consumer wireless telecommunication services (i.e. mobile messaging, solutions and mobile data intelligence), completed its acquisition of Voicecom AD upon a successful due diligence for a total of € 3.828 M (BGN 7.488 M) on a cash- and debt-free basis. With EBITDA of €0.638 M, the deal implies 6x EV/EBITDA multiple.
