Safran Software Solutions, a Leading Vendor of Risk and Project Management Software Has Been Acquired by JDM technology group

JDM Technology Group, a global software producer has reached an agreement to purchase 100% of the equity in Safran Software Solutions, the leading project management to Safran Software Solutions. The deal was facilitated with the help of SORTIS INVEST’s trusted partners from GlobalScope – Silverpeak, who acted as exclusive Financial Advisors to Safran Software Solutions.

Safran’s software enables clients to precisely plan complex projects, while also working with those customers to manage risks – a key differentiator against its competition. Their new SaaS product released in early 2021 further plays into their strengths by extending their current risk management offering.

JDM Technology is a global group of leading software providers for the architecture, engineering, construction, maintenance and operations industries. Both companies are currently working in complementary markets and the JDM management team is glad to have unlocked the potential synergies between the firms, as they are a great strategic fit.

Per Arne Jensen, Chairman Safran Software Solutions commented: “Through the process we were very pleased with Silverpeak’s work quality and ethics with regards to material production, buyer universe definition, negotiations and process management.”

Pietro Strada, the Managing Partner at Silverpeak leading the process added: “It has been a pleasure to work with Richard Wood and Progressus (Per Arne Jensen and Rune Jensen). Safran Software is a world leader for risk analysis and management software, and this was recognised during the process, which led to the strategic acquisition by JDM Technology Group. The Silverpeak team led by Chris White and myself is delighted to have advised Safran in this strategic deal.”
