By joining forces with the largest dental distributor in Bulgaria, Dentotal group targets to become the leading supplier of dental consumables and equipment in Central Europe.
The owner of Dentatechnica, the largest distributor of dental equipment and consumables in Bulgaria, has reached an agreement with Abris Capital Partners (“Abris”), the Central European private equity fund, according to which, subject to the approval by the relevant antitrust authorities, Dentatechnica will join the leading Romanian dental distributor – Dentotal Group – creating a regional leader and unlocking significant potential for synergies. SORTIS Invest acted as the exclusive financial advisor for the transaction on behalf of the owner of Dentatechnica, who will continue managing the Bulgarian company after the deal.
Dentatechnica, through this transaction, will consolidate its leading position into the market, shall continue to operate autonomously and to be a reliable supplier of high-quality products to more than 3,000 dental clinics and laboratories in Bulgaria. It will keep serving its clients with the same care and dedication, driving innovation in the dental sector and significantly expanding its product portfolio and service offering with the support of the Dentotal Group.
